  • How does BCR Firm meet with clients?

    The firm has physical offices in Winchester and Staunton, Virginia where we would be glad to meet you in person. We also offer virtual/ video online meetings for those interested in patent attorney services remotely. Free initial consultations are only conducted over the phone.

  • What payments does BCR Firm accept?

    The firm accepts all major credit cards, as well as eCheck (ACH) electronic bank account transfers. Payments can be made via the Firm’s secure online payment portal. Paper checks are also accepted. To learn more about our patent attorney services, give us a call today.

  • Do you charge all clients by the hour?

    BCR Firm offers some services on a flat fee basis. We can discuss the details during your initial phone consultation with our patent attorney services team.

  • Can I get legal advice during the free consultation?

    BCR Firm offers a free 15-minute initial phone consultation. However, the firm cannot provide legal advice during the initial consultation. The purpose of the initial consultation is for the firm to provide options and cost estimates for proceeding based on your unique factual situation.
